Our Process

We Love Plants.

Like, really love plants. We’re constantly in search of the most interesting, delicious, nutritious plants we can find. We cold-press them to extract all the nutrients, bottle them up and use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to get rid of the potentially harmful bacteria while keeping that fresh taste and all the good nutrients.

So What is HPP?

Cold Pressure or High Pressure Processing is a method of preserving packaged food products using extremely high pressure instead of high heat. Hydraulic fluid (normally water) is placed in a chamber and pressurized with a pump. This pressure is transmitted through the package into the food itself.

This process extends the shelf life without the use of preservatives and helps to maintain the nutrients in our organic cold-pressed juices and functional beverages.

Locally Sourced

Locally Sourced

The fruits and veggies we bottle into liquid sunshine all come straight from our backyard in southern California, which allows us to be farm to bottle in around a week!

Organic & Never, Ever GMO

Organic & Never, Ever GMO

Because we love plants so much, we‘re extra picky about the fruits and veggies we pick. We only use USDA certified organic ingredients that are never ever GMO.

Cold-Pressed

We crush plants! We cold-press our juice to extract all the plant nutrients from our ingredients.

The HPP process ensures that every bottle of juice we make retains all of the important vitamins, minerals and nutrients from its cold-pressed ingredients. That’s why cold pressure tastes fresher!
