Subscriptions FAQ

  • How do I skip, edit or cancel my subscription?
    Email [email protected] to cancel. You can also log into your online account to skip or cancel your subscription. Once you've logged in, select Subscriptions from the left hand side and select Edit under the Actions row of the subscription you wish to modify. Here, you can choose to change your subscription product or pack size, update your next charge date, update your quantity and skip or modify your upcoming shipment schedule. If you didn't set up an account at checkout, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Cancellations are allowed only after the first three subscriptions have been fulfilled.
  • Can I swap juices in the subscription packs?
    At this time, no, we cannot allow substitutions. We hope to have more subscription varieties available soon!
  • When will I be billed for my subscription?
    Your credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis (every 4 weeks) based on when you signed up for your subscription. You will receive an email three days prior to your credit card being charged as a reminder.
  • When will I receive my subscription?
    You will receive your order once a month - every four weeks - and recurring delivery is based on when you signed up for your subscription. For example, if you place your subscription order on February 20th, your second subscription will ship four weeks from that date.
  • How do I update my credit card information?
    Log in to your account and click on the Manage Subscriptions button under account details. Select Billing Information and click Update Card to enter new card details.
  • What happens if I need to change my shipping or billing address?
    Log in to your account and click on the Manage Subscriptions button under account details. To change your billing address, select Billing Information and click Edit in the billing information row to update your billing address. To update your shipping address, select Subscriptions on the left side under your name and find your subscription you wish to modify. Select Edit under the Actions row and then select Edit> at the very bottom to update your shipping address.
  • What is your cancellation & return/refund policy for monthly shipments?

    We always do our best to kale it, but it for any reason we didn't... please let us know! Because our juice is perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacements/refunds when warranted. If you made an online order by mistake, we only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet shipped. Please reach out to [email protected] if you wish to modify an order you've placed before it ships or if you aren't completely satisfied with an order you've received!

    If you wish to skip or cancel your monthly shipment, you can do so by logging into your online account or reaching out to [email protected]. Please note that we only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet shipped - if you fail to cancel your order before your monthly order ships, we will be unable to cancel the shipment and will not offer a refund in that case. We are only able to modify your future shipments.
