Which Suja Fresh Start is Right for You?


Here at Suja, we offer several different fresh start programs to help you break bad habits and start anew. Whether you want a juice only program, a juice program that offers protein or one that includes food, we offer something for everyone. But how do you know which one is right for you? We’re making it easy by putting together a few simple questions to help you determine which one best suits your lifestyle & needs.

Here are the programs we offer:

Juice Only:

Juice Only

If you answer 4 or more of the following with “yes” the Suja Classic Original Fresh Start Program is right for you!*

  1. If you eat green veggies every day in at least 1-2 meals
  2. If you eat 2-3 servings of fruit on average each day
  3. If you exercise moderately (jogging, bike riding, elliptical, barre) 3-4 times a week and don’t plan on cutting down your routine during the program
  4. If you can easily skip a meal
  5. If you have occasional skin breakouts
  6. If you drink more than one cup of coffee or other caffeinated beverage daily

*Our Suja Classic Original Fresh Start Program is offered in 1, 3 & 5-day options. We recommend purchasing the 3-day option. If you don’t feel like you can make it all 3 days, you can always enjoy the juices as a part of your normal, everyday routine.

If you answer 4 or more of the following with “yes” the- Suja Classic Core Fresh Start Program is right for you!*

  1. If you have done a Fresh Start program or similar program before
  2. If you consume 5+ glasses of water per day
  3. If you do some form of light exercise (walking, yoga (unheated), pilates) most days and rarely do strenuous or vigorous activities
  4. If you are diabetic or sensitive to sugars
  5. If you eat at least 30% of your foods raw everyday
  6. If you adhere to a strict low-sugar diet

*Our Suja Classic Core Fresh Start Program is offered in 1, 3 & 5-day options. We recommend purchasing the 3-day option. If you don’t feel like you can make it all 3 days, you can always enjoy the juices as a part of your normal, everyday routine.

Juice + Whole Food Meal Plan

If you answer 4 or more of the following with “yes” the Suja Essentials 3-Day Fresh Start (available exclusively at Costco) is right for you!

  1. If you drink more than one cup of coffee or other caffeinated beverage daily
  2. If you eat animal products regularly (meat, fish, dairy, poultry, eggs)
  3. If you eat out at restaurants or get takeout more often that you prepare homecooked meals
  4. If you generally try and eat healthy but know that stress, social situations and changes in routine can throw you off and make it hard to get back on track
  5. If you have a hard time skipping meals
  6. If you have kids or eat meals with family and friends on most days

If you answer 4 or more of the following with “yes” the Suja Essentials 1-Day Renewal (available exclusively at Target) is right for you!

  1. If you eat healthy for the most part, but want to reinforce your habits
  2. If you travel or have a busy schedule that makes it hard to adhere to a plan consistently
  3. If you do not like skipping meals and get hungry frequently
  4. If you are active and require a high amount of protein
  5. If you are new to juicing
