Chia Pudding with Juice: 4 Ways

IMG_6330One of my absolute favorite things to make is chia pudding. Partially because it’s so versatile and easy to make, but mostly because it tastes delicious and is amazingly good for you. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3s, fiber, antioxidants and calcium, just to name a few. One unique quality of chia seeds is that they absorb liquid and form a gel-like exterior around each seed creating a pudding texture when they’re submerged. The larger the ratio of chia to liquid, the thicker your mixture will be. The varieties of chia pudding you can make are endless. Almond milk and coconut milk make great bases for the pudding but I love using Vanilla Cloud as the base because its already a bit sweet and contains delicious warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Here are some of my favorite chia pudding with juice recipes - Vanilla Maca

vanilla

Ingredients:
  • 3/4ths of a bottle of Suja Organic Vanilla Cloud
  • 3 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
  2. Top with your choice of nut butter, cinnamon and shredded, roasted coconut
Blueberry BlissIMG_6341 Ingredients:
  • 1/2 bottle of Suja Organic Vanilla Cloud
  • 1/2 bottle of Suja Organic Berry Nana
  • 3 TBS chia seeds
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with fresh blueberries
Berry BananaIMG_6343 Ingredients:
  • 1/2 bottle of Suja Organic Vanilla Cloud
  • 1/2 bottle of Suja Organic Berry Goodness
  • 3 TBS chia seeds
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries and bananas
Superfood ChocolateIMG_6346 Ingredients:
  • 3/4ths of a bottle of Suja Organic Vanilla Cloud
  • 3 TBS chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and store in the fridgefor 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with goji berries and cacao nibs
