Vanilla Cloud Baked Oatmeal

1424_619732024770069_167126622_nWe’ve partnered with Justin’s to bring you three delicious recipes this week to celebrate National Nutrition Month!  This Vanilla Cloud Baked Oatmeal recipe made with Vanilla Cloud and Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter is the perfect weekend recipe, whether it’s breakfast or a healthy snack!


  • 2 C Oats
  • 1/2 C Muesli
  • 1/3 C Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter
  • 1 C Suja Vanilla Cloud
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1/4 C Raisins (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 6 muffin tins with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, muesli, Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter, Suja and cinnamon. Mix until combined. Stir in raisins
  • Fill prepared muffin tins with oat mixture and bake for 20-25 mins until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Yield: 6 muffins
