1924995_621935474549724_1418473416_nI love this smoothie because it’s such an easy way to get all things green in one delicious meal! This is a great way to start your day and reenergize your body. Here’s a peek at the goodness inside this smoothie:

Healthy Fats: Coconut oil, avocado, chia seed, flax seed

Fiber: Chia seed, flax seed

Digestive Enzymes: Pineapple (bromelain, which helps break down proteins)

Chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals: Suja’s Green Supreme, spirulina

  • 1 bottle Green Supreme
  • 1tsp spirulina
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 1T coconut oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1tsp flaxseed meal
  • A pinch of ginger (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz away to paradise!
