Today, we have a Berry Blue Almond Chia Pudding that makes for a perfect nutritious breakfast. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, and antioxidants and have been shown to lower cholesterol, and help you maintain a healthy weight. Both Justin’s and Suja are vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and kosher!
- 12oz Suja Blutrients
- 1 Justin’s Classic Almond Butter Squeeze Pack
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve plain, or top with berries and nuts. Enjoy!
