Berry Blue Almond Chia Pudding

We’re kicking off National Nutrition Month by partnering with Justin’s this week to bring you three delicious recipes combining their nut butters with our juices and smoothies!  Today, we have a Berry Blue Almond Chia Pudding that makes for a perfect nutritious breakfast. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, and antioxidants and have been shown to lower cholesterol, and help you maintain a healthy weight. Both Justin’s and Suja are vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and kosher!

Ingredients:

  • 12oz Suja Blutrients
  • 1 Justin’s Classic Almond Butter Squeeze Pack
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve plain, or top with berries and nuts. Enjoy!
