Berry Blue Almond Chia Pudding

1896990_617190448357560_2049828174_nWe’re kicking off National Nutrition Month by partnering with Justin’s this week to bring you three delicious recipes combining their nut butters with our juices and smoothies!  Today, we have a Berry Blue Almond Chia Pudding that makes for a perfect nutritious breakfast. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, and antioxidants and have been shown to lower cholesterol, and help you maintain a healthy weight. (1) Both Justin’s and Suja are vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and kosher!

Ingredients:

  • 12oz Suja Blutrients
  • 1 Justin’s Classic Almond Butter Squeeze Pack
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve plain, or top with berries and nuts. Enjoy!
